Terms and conditions apply to all sales of goods and supply of services of Kaleero to any customer. Sales to resellers have partly other terms and conditions.

In our clearly represented Kaleero-Shop you can order comfortable and pay with invoice* (10 days, net) PayPal, Postcard or advance invoice.
* for invoice adresse in Switzerland only

Products can be returned within 10 days. Unless there is no initial defect, the returned products must be in perfect, unused condition.

We reserve our rights to charge consequences arising out of costs by amusement purchaser.

All goods are shipped from 8750 Glarus, Switzerland, plus shipping costs. You only pay the declared across-the-board prices for packing and shipping, unless the parcel is

• under 10 kg of weight
• no bulk goods
• no priority/express shipment
• no partial delivery

Partial delivery, bulk goods, parcels over 10 kg of weight, priority and express shipments only in consultation with the customer.

Delivery within Switzerland and princedom of Liechtenstein:

• economy shipping, across-the-board     CHF 6.50
• packing, across-the-board                  CHF 1.00

• economy signature shipping, across-the-board     CHF 8.50
• packing, across-the-board                               CHF 1.00

Delivery within europe*:

• economy shipping, insured, across-the-board    CHF 38.00

Delivery overseas*:

• economy shipping, insured, across-the-board    CHF 46.00
• packing, across-the-board                             CHF  1.00

*import charges (tax, duty, aso.) in the target country have to be payed by the recipient.

We always try to keep delivery times as short as possible. Stock types are dispatched within 2 – 3 working days. Items that are not on stock may have generally 4 – 10 working days for delivery, depending on the supplier.

Shipments for Switzerland and princedom of Liechtenstein are generally payable against invoice within 10 days, net. We reserve our rights for new/unknown customers or in special cases to deliver against prepayment only.

Shipments abroad we deliver against prepament only (bank transfer, paypal).

In cases of delay of payment we charge an interest of 5 % and for any written reminder a fee of CHF 4.00. The goods stay in possession of Kaleero until complete payment – even if the good have been given to a third party.

Cases in which the recipient doesn’t pay the invoice after the second and least written reminder, we transfer to the Debt Enforcement Office or our Collection Office partner. All charges for the collection at recipient’s expense.

In case of payment difficulty we are anxious to find a solution that is satisfactory – for Kaleero and the debitor.

• For customers in Switzerland and princedom of Liechtenstein apply the prices in Swiss Francs, incl. tax.

• Customers in foreign countries can pay in our Shop in Swiss Francs or Euros, by banktransfer or Paypal.

The assortment of goods, prices & conditions can change any time and without prior notice.

Your personal data are treated confidential and are not given to any third party. We protect your data in all conscience and with the latest security technology. You do not receive any commercial mails or information from Kaleero that you didn’t request. In urgent or important cases we reserve our right to get in contact with you.

Obvious defects must be reported to us within 10 days after receipt. Once this period has expired, we exclude any claims of guarantee on the topic of these obvious defects.

For lost/not arriving parcels we ar not in responsibility.

For any wrong application or treatment we are not in responsibility. We recommend in any case to read and follow the product information and instructions.

For any business matters Swiss law applies.
Court of jurisdiction is CH-8750 Glarus.

These terms & conditions can be changed any time and without prior notice.

The invalidity or unenforceability of any provisions of this Agreement shall not affect the validity or enforceability of any other provision of this Agreement, which shall remain in full force and effect.

Upon such determination that any term or other provision is invalid, illegal or incapable of being enforced, the parties hereto shall negotiate in good faith to modify this Agreement so as to effect the original intent of the parties as closely as possible in an acceptable manner to the end that transactions contemplated hereby are fulfilled to the extent possible.
